Thursday, October 16, 2014, "Retrofittings", Music Hall, Cincinnati, Ohio. 1st time event for me to benefit St Vincent DePaul. 600+ guests. Students of University of Cincinnati's College of Design were challenged to create clothing with $10.00 voucher used at St Vincent's Thrift Stores.
Theme for 2014 was "Decades of Diva's". Outfits were created for "Diva's" Marilyn Monroe, Diana Ross, Cher, Madonna, etc. Live Auction and Funding Plea raised $94,300 in 35 minutes.
Fabulous, energetic, fun event.
